We at Golden Rule Real Estate would like to share a sweet exchange we enjoyed with a sales manager who sold us some carpet recently. Hopefully this will give a little insight as to what it’s like to work with the Golden Rule Real Estate Team. Exchanges like this happen pretty often around here, and we think it’s in keeping with the Christmas season and a good all-year-round practice.
Jennifer, of Golden Rule Real Estate, was really pleased with her new carpet and decided to let her salesman know. She wrote:
So, I have to send you this testament on the carpet….Holy Cow! Literally within seven days of install, Murphy’s law kicked in, and our youngest threw up grape juice all the way to the bathroom through our bedroom. Came out like magic with a damp washcloth. Just now, I am walking through my son’s room and RED marker is on the carpet in multiple places and dried. Again, damp washcloth and GONE! I am SO THANKFUL we spent the extra to get the best thing out there because I would be past angry if we had carpet that was ruined within the first month! This obviously fits our needs with 5 people, 2 dogs and a lot of ooops going on! Thank you Greg! We really do love it so far and are looking forward to having it for years to come!
