Hi Mark,

We finished going through your account and found the following:

We charged you admin fees on the carpet and paint 3 different times so we refunded all three admin fees of $159.12, $417.12 and $456.91 for a total of $1,033.15 charged in August and September 2013.
We also charged you twice for the painting which was $1,924.00 so we credited you back for that too.
We then charged the correct amount for admin fees which is 8% of 5776.48 for a total of 462.12.

Net result is we wired $2,051.60 to your account to make it even.
